Agenda

1. Call to order.
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 am by Chairman Sotka.
2. Roll Call:

3. Approval of agenda.
A motion to approve the agenda was made by Burmek, seconded by Nelson and motion carried. 3-0-0
4. Road Construction projects for 2025
Jeremy Gross gave the Town Board a 5-year road plan including the reconstruction of Pioneer Rd,
A motion to have bids published in the PT for 3 weeks was made by Sotka, seconded by Burmek and motion carried. 3-0-0 A special meeting will be held on March 4, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. to open the bids prior to the March 4, 2025 Regular Town Board meeting.
5. Jeff Olive request to speak with the Town Board
Jeff Olive requested for information concerning the administrative position for the Fire Department. Including reviewing paperwork that needs to kept up to date.
A motion was made by Sotka to hire Jeff Olive as Fire Dept Administrator effective for March 1, 2025.
6. Intergovernmental Agreement for the Operation of the Near North Municipal Court and Update to Ordinance 2-1-2017 Ordinance relating to Joint Municipal Court
A motion to approve the Inter Agreement and Ordinance for the Joint Municipal Court by Nelson, seconded by Sotka and motion carried. 3-0-0

Nelson made a motion to adjourn at 6:23 , second by Burmek and motion carried. 3-0-0
