7:00 P.M. Special Town Board Meeting

1. Call to order
Chairman Sotka called the meeting to order at 7:00p.m.
2. Roll call
Burmek__p___ Hanson__p___ Sotka___p__ Wilson___p__
3. Approval of agenda
Supervisor Burmek made a motion to approve the agenda with the change to move item 8 Correspondence letter received to item 4. Seconded by Supervisor Hanson. Motion carried 3/0
4. Correspondence letter received
The board members discussed an anonymous letter received. Chairman Sotka reached out to Mr. La Pant. Board members agree there is no issue to resolve.
5. Ordinance Book
Supervisor Hanson made a motion that the board go through what they have received for updated ordinances and wished to have the ordinance committee revised and meet ordinance. By the August regular town board meeting the committee will report progress to the full board on what was received or not received. Seconded by Supervisor Burmek. Motion carried 3/0
6. Committee Assignments
Planning Commission – Supervisor Burmek, Lake Noquebay Rehab Board Representation – Supervisor Burmek, Ordinance Committee – Supervisor Hanson, Near North Municipal Court – Chairman Sotka.
7. Closed Session: Pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(c) Considering compensation, or performance evaluation data of the Fire Chief. The Board may reconvene to open session to take any action.
Supervisor Hanson made a motion to move into closed session at 8:00p.m. Seconded by Supervisor Burmek. Motion Carried 3/0

Time 8:00 p.m. Reconvened at 9:15 p.m.
8. Reconvene into Open Session and take any necessary public action as per Wis. Stats. 19.85(2)
The board reconvened at 9:15p.m. No action was taken
9. Adjourn
Supervisor Hanson made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:16 p.m. Seconded by Supervisor Burmek. Carried 3/0
