And 7:00 pm Regular Board Meeting

Business Meeting: Discussed monthly expenditures.

Marinette County Health and Human Services director Robin Elsner presented an overview of their services that are available.

Regular Board Meeting called to order by Chairman Dan Banaszak at 7:20 pm, present were Chairman Banaszak, Supervisor Tarmann, and Clerk/Treasurer Chaikowski and 7 members of the public. Supervisor Mueller was absent. Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Tarmann made a motion to approve the agenda, 2^nd by Banaszak, carried. Motion by Banaszak to approve the minutes of October 6, 2015 Regular Board Meeting and October 19, 2015 Special Meeting, 2^nd by Tarman, carried. Clerk/Treasurer Chaikowski reported the checking account had a balance of $223,425.97. Checks issued were #20261 -20301 for $20,749.38 Electronic debit totaled $4,666.57. Tarmann made motion to approve the financial report, 2^nd by Banaszak, carried.

Tarmann made motion to accept the contract with Crivitz Rescue Squad for 2016 at $2,361.00, 2^nd by Banaszak, carried.

Motion by Tarmann to accept contract with R&R Assessing for a 3 year maintenance contract at $16,080 per year split into 12 monthly payments. 2^nd Banaszak, carried.

Discussion on snowplow turnarounds on private roads.

Discussion on replacing the access doors on Fire Dept, doors are rotting at the bottom and painting the town hall doors, will get prices.

The Budget Workshop meeting will be held on November 9, 2015 at 6:30 PM. The Budget Hearing and Town Meeting will be held November 19, 2015 at 7:00 PM.

Discussed the Comprehensive Plan with the Planning Commission.

The Board adjourned to Closed Session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes 19.85 (1)(a) personnel at 8:34 PM. They reconvened to open Session at 8:51 PM, no further action was taken.
