1. Call to order
Chairman Sotka called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

4. Approval of agenda
Supervisor Burmek made a motion to approve the agenda. Seconded by Supervisor Hanson. Carried 3-0-0
5. Approval of meeting minutes from Regular Town Board Meeting May 12, 2025, Board of Review Meeting June 4, 2025, Ordinance Committee Meeting June 6, 2025.
Supervisor Hanson made a motion to approve the meeting minutes for Regular Town Board Meeting May 12, 2025, Board of Review Meeting June 4, 2025, and Ordinance Committee Meeting June 6, 2025. Seconded by Chairman Sotka. Carried 3-0-0
6. Approval of Treasurer’s Financial Report and vouchers
Clerk Wilson presented the financial report with vouchers #26406-26477 for $45,151.03, deposits at F&M Bank for $60,504.53, deposits at LGIP for $59,084.27, and EFT at F&M Bank for $5,638.34. Chairman Sotka made a motion to approve the treasurer’s financial report and vouchers. Seconded by Supervisor Burmek. Carried 3-0-0

8. Correspondence
There is a Wisconsin Towns Association Marinette County Unit Meeting on Thursday, June 19, 2025. Crivitz High School Music & Art E-Cycle Nashville Fundraiser in collaboration with COM2 Recycling Solutions will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Crivitz High School, 400 South Ave, Crivitz, WI 54114.
9. Review & Approval of Business Licensing (Liquor & Operator)
Clerk Wilson presented a list of Liquor License applications, Cigarette, Tabacco, and Electronic Vaping Device License application, and Operator applications included in the board’s packet. The list includes; Diamond Lake Campground LLC – Class “A” Beer, and “Class A” Liquor, Dockers on Noquebay LLC – Class “B” Beer, “Class B” Liquor, and Cigarette, Tabacco, and Electronic Vaping Device Retail License. Loopys in Loomis LLC – Class “B” Beer, and “Class B” Liquor, and Timberline Resort Bar & Grill, Inc – Class “B” Beer, and “Class B” Liquor. Chairman Sotka made a motion to approve the liquor and tabaco licenses. Seconded by Supervisor Hanson. Carried 3-0-0. The list of Operator License applications includes: Sondra Becker, Ashley Cherney, Emily Neese, Justin Neese, Stefani Sielaff, Nicole Stapleton, Jennifer Zirbel, Joseph Zirbel, Alice Behnke, Kelly Bloemer, Teri Edlebeck, Tabitha Remer, Amanda Behrens, Kylie Chilcote, Michelle Guseck, Itzel Flores, Kaden Klaver, Kendra Kuffel, Robin VanDeWalle, Tanya Werner, Tayah Werner, Jessica Wygant, Kimberly Wygant, Beth Beechner, Brandon Cinquepalmi, Ella Kahles, Gracie Hansen, Riley Mueller, Victoria Oleck, and Alicia Schlies. Chairman Sotka made a motion to approve the list of operator licenses. Seconded by Supervisor Burmek. Carrie 3-0-0
10. Security System upgrades
A quote was provided by RCMF Automated Services. The board discussed the security system presented. Supervisor Burmek made a motion to lay the item on the table. Seconded by Supervisor Hanson. Carried 3-0-0.
11. Public Works Report
Jeremy Gross gave the Public Works Report. Graded gravel roads, added material to shoulders, hauled scrap metal to Marinette, replaced culverts on Pioneer Road. A list of additional works completed included in the board’s packet.
12. 2025 Road Report
Jeremy Gross gave the 2025 Road Report. Pioneer Road has been pulverized. It will settle for a while and be paved after July 4, 2025. He presented some possible road work that could be completed dependent on the budget. He will meet with Clerk Wilson and Deputy Clerk Tarmann to go over the road work budget. A complaint about Oak Lane parking was brought to the board’s attention.
13. Fire Department Report
Chairman Sotka presented the Fire Department Report. Three calls. Joint training was done with Town of Stephenson, Crivitz, and Middle Inlet. Both pumpers passed their pump tests.
14. Ordinance Committee Report
Supervisor Hanson reported that the Ordinance Committee met Friday, June 6, 2025 and Monday, June 9, 2025. Good progress was made going through the updated ordinances. There are four chapters left to be reviewed.
15. Planning Commission Report
Supervisor Burmek reported they met to review an inspection on a mobile home for Tiana Gries. They would like to bring a 1995 mobile home into the Noquebay Resort. The Planning Commission recommends the board approve the mobile home variance request.
16. Gries Property
Chairman Sotka made a motion to approve the Gries mobile home to be brought into the Town of Lake, at the Noquebay Resort location. Seconded by Supervisor Hanson 3-0-0.

Supervisor Hanson made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:51 p.m. Seconded by Supervisor Burmek. Carried 3-0-0
