5:30 P.M. Special Town Board Meeting

1. Call to order
Chairman Sotka called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
2. Roll call

3. Approval of agenda
Supervisor Hanson made a motion to approve the agenda. Seconded by Chairman Sotka. Carried 2-0
4. Open bids for road projects
    a. Project 1 Chipsealing various roads
There was one quote received from Scott Construction, Inc for a price of $77,600.00. The bid includes chip sealing sections of Noquebay Rd., Lakeview Rd., Oak Ln., Tipperary Ln., Islandview Ln., and Arrowhead Ln.
    b. Project 2 Cold mix wedging various roads
There was one quote received from Scott Construction, Inc for a price of $41,600.00. The bid includes doing a cold mix overlay on sections of Ferndale Bridge, East Right of Way Rd., Right of Way Rd., and Willow Rd.
    c. Project 3 Pulverization of Maplecrest Rd. adding 1 ¼ limestone, and finish grading
There were three quotes received to pulverize Maplecrest Rd. A quote from Peshtigo Asphalt, Inc for the amount of $28,626.00 (without cost of gravel in quote). A quote from Banaszak Lawn and Dock LLC (S&B Crushing and Materials) for the amount of $31,738.90 (without cost of gravel in quote). And, a quote from Richlen Excavating, Inc for the amount of $58,950.00 (with gravel included in quote.)
    d. Project 4 Pulverization of Spur Ln. adding 1 ¼ limestone, and finish grading
There were three quotes received to pulverize Spur Ln. A quote from Peshtigo Asphalt, Inc for the amount of $15,825.00 (without gravel included in quote.) A quote from Banaszak Lawn and Dock LLC (S&B Crushing Materials) for the amount of $14,381.00 (without gravel included in quote.) And a quote from Richlen Excavating, Inc for the amount of $25,110.00 (with gravel included in quote.)
5. Adjourn
Supervisor Hanson made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:41 p.m. Seconded by Chairman Sotka. Carried 2-0
