1. Call to order by Chairman Sotka

Chairman Sotka called the meeting to order at 6:30pm

2. Roll Call

3. Approval of Agenda

Supervisor Hanson made a motion to approve the agenda. Seconded by Supervisor Burmek. Carried 3-0

4. Spur Ln

Jeremy Gross presented the board with his interest of paving Spur in 2025. The board took no action.

5. Fall preventative furnace maintenance

Jeremy Gross presented the board with fall preventative furnace maintenance. The board took no action.

6. Create 2026 Budget

The board worked on creating the 2026 budget.

7. Adjournment

Motion to adjourn made by Chairman Sotka at 7:35pm. Seconded by Supervisor Burmek. Carried 3-0.
