1. Call to order by Chairman Sotka
Chairman Sotka called the meeting to order at 5:43pm

4. Approval of Agenda
Supervisor Burmek made a motion to approve the agenda. Seconded by Supervisor Hanson. Carried 3-0
5. Public Input
None
6. Approve and correct meeting minutes from Plan Commission Meeting October 13, 2025, Regular Town Board Meeting October 13, 2025, and Special Town Board Meeting November 5, 2025.
Supervisor Burmek made a motion to approve the above listed meeting minutes. Seconded by Supervisor Hanson. Carried 3-0
7. Clerk-Treasurer’s Financial Report
Clerk Wilson gave the financial report including: F&M Checking beginning balance of $104,837.60, deposits of $91,180.94, withdraws of $129,410.13, and an ending balance of $66,608.41. F&M Fire Department Checking including: beginning balance of $51,423.57, deposits of $15,075.00, withdraws of $4,186.00, and an ending balance of $62,312.57. LGIP General including; beginning balance of $360,853.21, deposits $43,591.41, withdraws of $90,000.00, and an ending balance $314,444.62. LGIP Road Const; beginning balance $92,575.74, interest deposit of $331.51, and an ending balance of $92,907.25. LGIP Fire Department; beginning balance of $18,247.90, interest deposit of $65.34, and ending balance $18,313.24. LGIP Grant Funds; beginning balance of $42.47, interest deposit of $0.15, and ending balance of $42.62. Chairman Sotka made a motion to approve to clerk’s financial report. Seconded by Supervisor Hanson. Carried 3-0

9. Reports
a. Planning Commission Report – Driveway permit – Jeff Lieuwen
There was no Planning Commission Meeting. Chair of the Planning Commission, Supervisor Burmek, went and viewed a driveway permit for Pine Ln. The driveway would be less than 10ft from the other driveway in the area. Supervisor Burmek doesn’t think it would be a safety issue. Driveway would be 16ft from the cabin.
b. Ordinance Committee Report
Nothing to report
c. Public Works Report
Report includes; mow ditches 11 days, reviewed invoices and weight tickets from Maplecrest & Spur, graded gravel roads, hauled brush to dumpsite, cleaned trucks and shop area, cut brush from roadsides, repaired broken & stolen signs. More works completed included in the boards packet.
d. 2025 Road Report
All road work is completed for the 2025 season. Will continue to patch and grade until the weather does not allow.
e. Fire Department Report
Two calls, one car accident, and one mutual aid. They served 320 people at the recent fundraiser breakfast and made just over $10,000.00. Dan Welty, on behalf of the fire department, said thank you to everyone who came and supported the event.

b. Approve 2026 proposed budget
Supervisor Hanson made a motion to approve the 2026 proposed budget. Seconded by Supervisor Burmek. Carried 3-0
c. Driveway permit – Jeff Lieuwen
Chairman Sotka made a motion to approve the driveway permit presented by Jeff Lieuwen. Seconded by Supervisor Burmek. Carried 3-0
d. Fire Department credit card – information only
Clerk Wilson informed the board that previous fire chief Craig Caylor still needs to cancel his Town of Lake fire department credit card and Kevin Gilbert will need to apply for a new one in his name if the fire department wishes to make credit card purchases in the future.

Supervisor Burmek made a motion to adjourn at 6:04pm. Seconded by Supervisor Hanson. Carried 3-0
