Business Meeting: Discussed monthly expenditures.
Regular Board Meeting called to order by Chairman Dan Banaszak at 7:00 pm, present were Chairman Banaszak, Supervisor Tarmann, Supervisor Mueller and Clerk/Treasurer Chaikowski and 14 members of the public. Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Mueller made a motion to approve the agenda, 2nd by Tarmann, carried. Motion by Tarmann to approve the minutes of November 3, 2015 Regular Board Meeting and November 9, 2015 Budget Workshop and November 19, 2015 Special Budget Hearing & Town Meeting, 2nd by Mueller, carried. Clerk/Treasurer Chaikowski reported the checking account had a balance of $221,830.01. Checks issued were #20302 -20347 for $25,714.25 Electronic debit totaled $2,209.96. Mueller made motion to approve the financial report, 2nd by Tarmann, carried.
Mueller made motion to accept the appointment of the election inspectors for 2016-17 as follows: Peggy Kaufmann, Sue Wiedemeier, Dee Dee Kostuch, Pat Kaufman, Julie Miron, Pat Weddel, Jill Walters, Lynn Schlichtenmyer, Nancy Rosner, Deb Doubek, Linda Kaufman. 2nd by Tarmann, carried.
Chairperson Banaszak reported that a warning letter will be issued to Eisner property for unregistered vehicles.
Motion by Banaszak to approve operator’s licenses for Melissa Kooren, Todd Gatzke, Alina Kaley for The Hawk Bar & Grill. 2nd by Mueller, carried.
Motion by Tarmann to approve payment of a Treasurer’s Bond for annual premium of $400 to Horton Insurance, 2nd by Mueller, carried.
Discussed sand & salt usage, Public Works to use their discretion.
Discussion of snowplowing private roads, turnarounds and agreement to hold harmless.
Motion by Tarmann to accept the bid from Lakes Construction of $2,767.00 to replace the Fire Dept 2 doors and paint all other doors, 2nd by Mueller, carried.
The Board adjourned to Closed Session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes 19.85 (1)(a) personnel. They reconvened to open Session at 9:08 PM, Mueller made motion to approve giving Public Works employee Brian Winchell a 2% raise on his hourly wage of $20.75 per hour effective retroactive to anniversary of his hire date of Nov 11, 2nd by Tarmann, carried.
