                                   January 18, 2016 6:30 PM

                            SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

           Meeting was called to order by Chairman Dan Banaszak at 6:33 pm, present were Chairman Banaszak, Supervisor Tarmann, and Clerk/Treasurer Chaikowski and Jim Pickett, representing Rural Mutual Insurance.

             Three quotes were received for the comprehensive & liability insurances, does not include workers comp.

                                                  Rural Mutual Insurance   $11,314

                                                 EMC                   $12,994

                                                 Horton                $11,945

           Banaszak made motion to accept Rural Mutual’s quote, 2^nd by Tarmann, carried.

           Discussed annual charges of the Near North Municipal Court and the postings of meetings on the town website and at the town hall. The 2 bulletin board postings will not be used anymore.
