Pledge of Allegiance

1. Call to order.
The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. by Chairman Sotka.
2. Roll call.

3. Approval of agenda.
A motion to approve the agenda was made by Burmek, seconded by Nelson and carried. 3-0-0
4. Review quotes for air conditioning for Town Hall building
There were 4 quotes received by request for air conditioning. They were Dama Plumbing and Heating for $ 9,000, Menza and Zak for $ 6,900, 3-2-3 Boiler $7,000 plus $400 to install in the back of the hall and Baker Heating and Cooling for $ 7,090
A motion to approve 3-2-3 Boiler for $7,400 for installed in the back of the hall including the pad by Nelson, seconded by Burmek and carried. 3-0-0
5. Review of quote for sewer and drain cleaning
A quote was received from Johnston Sewer and Drain for $545 for the hall and fire department. A motion was made by Nelson, seconded by Burmek and carried. 3-0-0
6. Approve Operator Licenses
An operator license for Sandra Becker was approved by Burmek, seconded by Nelson and carried. 3-0-0
7. Review appraisal of old Public Works buildings
A certified appraisal was given by Pardee Appraisal Services, LLC which included comparable of other commercial buildings for an estimated value of $80,000. A motion was to approve the appraisal of the old public works buildings and property for $80,000 made by Nelson, seconded by Burmek and carried. 3-0-0
8. Update on Loomis Road work pavement options
A motion was made to approve the cost of blacktopping from the original quote from the Marinette County Highway department for approximately $325,000 was made by Sotka, seconded by Nelson, and carried. 3-0-0
