  1. Call to order by Chairman Sotka

Chairman Sotka called the meeting to order at 5:00pm

  1. Approval of agenda

Supervisor Burmek made a motion to approve the agenda. Seconded by Supervisor Hanson. Carried 3-0

  1. Open bids for road projects
    1. Project 1 – Chip-sealing various roads

Project 1 includes chip sealing; Birchwood Road (Towards lake) .86 miles x 22’ wide, Evan Lane 1.5 miles x 20’ wide, Shady Lane .10 miles x 20’ wide, Birchwood Road (From Cty Rd W to Cty GG) 1.47 miles x 22’, N Spur Road .60 miles x 22’ wide, Spur Road 1.36 miles x 20’ wide. Vacuuming Birchwood (towards the lake), Shady Ln, and Evan Ln. Material Specifications MS-5 Hot Asphalt applied at .30 gallons per square yard using ¼” black granite aggregate. Bid includes cost of traffic control and proof of insurance. A bid was received from Scott Construction for a price of $115,500.00

  1. Project 2 – Watering, finish grading, compacting, paving, and shouldering Spur Ln

Project 2 includes final grade, water, and compact prior to paving, pave 2” thick final compaction by 20’ wide using 638 ton of Cold Mix Asphalt 553/553LT 100% virgin material, add 2’ shoulders using 250 ton of ¾” limestone from a quarry approved by the Town of Lake Board, provide traffic control and proof of insurance. A bid was received from Scott Construction for a price of $63,800.00
