Special Town Board Meeting Minutes

  1. Call to order by Chairman Sotka

Chairman Sotka called the meeting to order at 6:00pm

  1. Roll Call

  1. Approval of Agenda

Supervisor Burmek made a motion to approve the agenda. Seconded by Supervisor Hanson. Carried 3-0

  1. Closed Session: Pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility – Fire Department Member. Board may reconvene to open session to take any action.

Supervisor Hanson made a motion to enter closed session. Seconded by Supervisor Burmek. Roll Call Vote: Sotka Yes, Burmek Yes, Hanson Yes, 3 Yes, 0 No, 0 Abstain. Time: 6:02pm

  1. Reconvene into Open Session and take any necessary public action as per Wis. Stats. 19.85(2)

Supervisor Hanson made a motion to reconvene into open session at 7:41pm. Seconded by Supervisor Burmek. Chairman Sotka made a motion to appoint Daniel Welty as Fire Department Treasurer. Seconded by Supervisor Burmek. Carried 2-0-1 with Supervisor Hanson abstaining.

Supervisor Hanson made a motion to adjourn at 7:44pm. Seconded by Supervisor Burmek. Carried
